These Terms cover use of Hawaii Wedding Minister / Hawaii Wedding Studio websites, booking tools, and related apps that connect to third-party platforms (including TikTok).

Services

We provide wedding officiant and related Hawaii wedding services. Some tools help create and publish short videos or other content from approved wedding photos to social accounts you authorize.

Your account & permissions

If you connect a social account (such as TikTok), you authorize us to post or schedule content only as you allow. You can revoke access in that platform’s settings. You are responsible for content you approve and for following each platform’s rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our sites or tools, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or infringing content.

Photos & content

Wedding photos and media used in posts should be ones you have rights to use. We may remove or stop publishing content that appears unlawful or unauthorized.

Disclaimers

Services and tools are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account actions by TikTok or others.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hawaii Wedding Studio / Hawaii Wedding Minister is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or connected apps.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
