No marriage license waiting period, no guest lists, no seating charts, and no year of stressful planning—just the two of you, a stunning Oahu location, and a moment you’ll never forget.

What to Look For in an Elopement Package

An officiant. Non-negotiable. You need an experienced professional who has guided hundreds of couples through their vows.
A photographer. Essential for capturing your day. Booking a package that includes one saves time and ensures cohesive timing
Permits and insurance. Oahu beaches and parks require permits and liability insurance
The marriage license. You must meet with an authorized agent to have your legal marriage license issued before your ceremony
The extras. Personal touches like hair, makeup, custom floral arrangements, traditional wedding leis, or live music.

Where to Elope on Oahu

Public Beaches & Parks. Perfect for iconic mountain backdrops at Waimanalo, calm bays in Kawela, and city skyline views at locations like Magic Island. Because these are public spaces, a permit is required for all ceremonies.
Luxury Hotels & Resorts. Ideal for couples who want high-end amenities, manicured backdrops, and a seamless transition from ceremony to dinner. No state permit is required, making this a perfect fit for our Aloha Package.
Private Estate & Homes. Offers complete intimacy, from a secluded beachfront residence to a sweeping mountain-view property. Like hotels, no public permit is required, but guest counts and guidelines are set entirely by the individual property.

$299 to $1,349 as of 2026. Aloha starts at $299 for a ceremony at a private venue or hotel; Pineapple is $1,349 with photography and in-room hair and makeup. Most couples spend well under what a wedding at home would have cost.

Yes. We have a State of Hawaii Marriage License Agent in our office who can issue your license in person by appointment — including weekends and holidays, when the state office is closed.

Yes, it’s a lot of what we do. Elopements on Oahu’s beaches, in select Honolulu parks, and at private estates and hotels.

It’s valid for 30 days from the day you pick it up, and there’s no waiting period — you can marry the same day it’s issued.

They’re in the Mango, Coconut, and Pineapple packages. For the Aloha package with a ceremony at a public location, we can add the permit and insurance.

Beach weddings cap at 20 because of the state permit. Private venues and hotels can accommodate more; guest counts are determined by the venue.

The weather’s good year-round, so there’s no wrong season. Sunrise ceremonies are the most private — often you’ve got the beach to yourselves — and weekdays are quieter and a little cheaper than weekends.

Three to six months is typical, and booking early gets you the popular dates and the sunrise/sunset slots. Short notice is sometimes doable — just ask.

You’ll need the date and place the divorce was finalized. A physical decree is only required if the divorce was finalized less than 30 days before you meet the marriage agent; otherwise, the date and location covers it.
